Church Building project
Plans to buy land and build a church was introduced and
many prayers later a church member donated land for
the project. That is when we knew that this was Gods
plan. We began with the church design.  Soon faithful
servants began to give for this project. We have raised
through offerings, fund raising campaigns among our
Over two years in planning, redesigning the
church and constant changes with the city
codes, obtaining the permits was a real test of
faith, Just when we met all the requirements the
Fire department had a few changes of their
own and again we had to redesign the kitchen.
Finally after two years the church has been
given the blessing to begin building. AMEN..
Upon all who believe, God has placed the burden
of raising up churches, for the express purpose of
educating men and women to use their entrusted
the means He has lent for His glory. He has made
human beings His stewards. Gladly and Upon all
who believe, God has placed the burden
generously they are to use the means in their
possession for the advancement of possession
for the advancement of righteousness and truth.
They are to employ His righteousness and truth.
They are to employ His entrusted talents in
building up His work and entrusted talents in

On 2/6/2011 we held a ground breaking ceremony,
asking the Lord that all the building be to His Glory.
Your participation in the project both through
prayers and giving would be appreciated. We
would be grateful for any gift you may be inclined
to give. Such gifts should be sent to CVBS
Church and designated for “Church Building”. All
gifts for this project are tax deductible.  Pray that
God will continue to guide in this plan for
expansion in His ministry.
During the four year history of Chino Valley Bible Sabbath Church, God has blessed the work. With much
prayer and planning, our mission first became known in the city as A home church.  Within six months of
opening the work, we began holding church services in a rented facility. In 2006, The Chino Valley Bible
Sabbath Church became an organized, legal entity. The ministry began to grow through church programs /
CD, DVD ministries. We invite special guest speakers such as John Grosboll, Colin Standish, Hal Mayer,
Rafael Perez, etc. With outreaches including home Bible studies free Spirit of Prophecy books, literature and a
Daniel and Revelation Seminar for the community. The present rented location has its limitations. The church
has to plan all functions accordingly to the rented facility schedule. At times we have been asked to worship
elsewhere due to schedule conflicts. As grateful as we are to have a place to worship, Gods people should
have a place of their own. The setting up of our equipment is taking a toll, the equipment is getting damaged
and is expensive to replace.
In building a church, money should not be spent unnecessarily, but
neither should second-class work be done. RH May 18, 1911.
We are living amidst the perils of the last days. We are wisely to cultivate every mental and
physical power; for all are needed to make the church a building that will represent the
wisdom of the great Designer. The talents given us by God are His gifts, and are to be used
in their right relation to one another, so as to make a perfect whole. God gives the talents
the powers of the mind; man forms the character. (BCL 22.3}
